Table of Contents INTRODUCTION
My preferred means of communication is face to face, for then I can see how you are receiving and reacting to the information I am presenting, and know whether you are truly interested. Face to face also gives the opportunity to modify the presentation in order to answer your specific questions at the time that they come up. But unfortunately, there may not be enough time to get this information to all of you face to face.
Chapter 1 -- CALLED TO BE A MINISTER, BUT NOT A PASTOR
I know from talking with many of you over the years, that there are lots of other Christians, also sensing they have been called to and equipped for ministry. You, like I, had found no platform or encouragement to exercise that calling.
Chapter 2 -- LESSONS FROM ARGENTINA
Omar began to ponder, if this was the case in this city, demonic authority over the city had to be removed before the people were able to see and respond to the Gospel, Could it be that this is a general principal that might also apply to the other cities in Argentina?
Chapter 3 -- WHAT DO YOU MEAN THE LORD SAID?
If you already are very familiar with how the Lord communicates with you and are tempted to skip over this chapter, I would suggest that you suppress that temptation. Read anyway, because what you read here may help you to assist and train someone else to hear the Lord or even to realize that you should help others with this skill.
Chapter 4 -- MORE EXAMPLES OF HEARING THE LORD
I was very convicted, through the teaching of John Wimber, of the necessity to see what the Lord was doing in another person before we start praying for healing (or anything else for that matter). Also, convicted of the necessity to speak over them what we hear the Lord speaking, not what we are thinking or our desires for the person.
Chapter 5 -- A STOP BY THE ARMORY ON THE WAY TO THE FRONT LINES
The army of the Body of Christ has gradually become accustomed to increasing difficulties in life and personal challenges that have become gradually greater and greater. They have not recognized that like the frog placed in the pot of cold water, the heat is being turned up and they are being boiled alive.
Chapter 6 -- THE YEAR 2001, A YEAR OF TRANSITIONS
By December of 2000, I had reached the spiritual low point of my entire life. I found myself crying out to the Lord and yet feeling the growing suspicion that maybe there was not really a God at all. My prayers certainly seemed to be just disappearing into a void of nothingness.
Chapter 7 -- DOING DAMAGE TO THE ENEMIES CAMP
The word I heard now from the Lord on New Year's Eve 2001 was both a rebuke and a command. He said, "For the last seven years you have been withdrawing more and more from the ministry to which I called you and as a result you have been suffering more and more hits from the enemy, it is time that you start doing some damage to the enemy's camp".
Chapter 8 -- "U" IS FOR UNDERSTANDING
The study of this two-week period of time was also unlike any of the study or research I had ever done before. I did not have to search through hours of material to find one sentence that may be relevant. The Lord seemed to direct me to every relevant page on the World Wide Web, and also in the libraries.
Chapter 9 -- THE HISTORY OF A SEAL ON KNOWLEDGE
The root establishing of a spiritual authority structure by men, leads to many other events and actions by persons living in that city. The actions of persons in later generations will come into agreement with that same spirit. This is just like I described with the demonic watcher symbol in an earlier chapter.
Chapter 10 -- THE REVELATION OF THE SEAL
That night, at 2:30 in the morning the Lord awoke me with this phrase repeating over and over, "The key is in the crown". I knew in my head that literally, the key passes through the crown in the seal, but what I understood the Lord to be saying to me was, the key to understanding this mystery is in the crown.
Chapter 11 -- SO NOW WHAT DO I DO LORD?
The God in Heaven who reveals mysteries had just revealed a mystery and all of the knowledge to be able to understand that mystery. So now, what do I do Lord?
Chapter 12 -- ENLARGE THE PLACE OF YOUR TENT
I know house wives who do not work outside the house, who are not considered church leaders, or leaders of any organization and who have no appointed secular or religious authority, yet appear to have great spiritual authority over a region simply because of their obedience in listening to the Lord and carrying out the acts and worship of which He instructs them.
Chapter 13 -- SPIRITUAL MAPPING THIRTEEN POINTS OF UNDERSTANDING
During the month of October 2002, I was trying to get groups throughout Los Angeles to recognize and take spiritual responsibility in the territory during this demonic festival of ¿Sacred Music¿. I was also, for my own part, taking responsibility to obey the Lord to understand the meaning of the thirteen points that He had revealed to me in that prayer meeting in September.
Chapter 14 A PROTECTIVE CANOPY IS RAISED
I now heard from the Lord to go ahead and set a date for the Canopy prophetic act. The Lord did not give me a date and the roads were still closed in the National Forest areas, but the Lord said for me to set a date. I still did not even have thirteen people who I thought might want to be a part of this.
Chapter 15 -- RETALIATION? OR EVIDENCE OF VICTORY?
Many people, through fear, have not prepared for or entered into an offensive state of spiritual warfare out of fear of what the enemy might do to them or to others around them if they did. As a result, they have taken a very passive role in their Christian walk.
Chapter 16 -- SIZING UP A SPIRITUAL PROBLEM
The Lord went on to say, "If you will simply walk down the boardwalk and worship Me, I will draw near to you. If you will refuse to acknowledge Satan"s authority over this area, he will flee as you enthrone Me on your praises."
Chapter 17 -- TAKING A WALK ON VENICE BEACH
Very shortly after entering into the city, we had our first experience of a warlock coming up out of nowhere and speaking curses in our face in tongues (nose to nose). We just kept quietly worshipping under our breath and tried to ignore that first challenge to our presence in this spiritual realm.
Chapter 18 -- INNOCENT BLOOD AND BREAKING THE NECK OF WITCHCRAFT
What I saw was a gathering of homeless, witches and warlocks numbering in the thousands all gathering on the Western edge of the death scene. They were absorbing the empowering resulting from the shedding of the blood of ten lives two days before.
Chapter 19 -- TIME FOR A MANDALA TO CHANGE THE LAW OF THE WORLD
The Chakrasamvara Mandala that was about to be built in Los Angeles is referred to as the ¿Law Mandala¿. Its purpose is to alter the law of the world by initiating the world rule of the Chakravartin.
Chapter 20 -- GATES OF DESTRUCTION FROM THE ABYSS
Was the Lord trying to tell us that it would be the South Gate, The Water Gate that would be the next to be opened, or did our worship and the intercession over that area contain this storm to where it would do very little damage?
Chapter 21 -- A FOURTH KINGDOM WAGES WAR WITH THE SAINTS
As "king and politician", the Chakravartin is a sovereign who reigns over all the states on earth. The leaders of the tribes and nations are subordinate to him. His epithet is "one who rules with his own will, even the kingdoms of other kings".
Chapter 22 -- WHEN THE SAINTS HAVE BEGUN TO TAKE POSSESSION OF THE KINGDOM
It is the power and authority of His Kingdom. We can aim and fire the weapons, but unless those bullets, artillery shells and bombs are filled with His powder (power) they are useless.
